Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account either inside the Jade Pillars app or by sending a verified deletion request.

Delete inside the app

  1. Sign in to Jade Pillars.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Select Delete account and confirm.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address connected to your Jade Pillars account. Use the subject Jade Pillars account deletion request and include the account email. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.

What is deleted

Your Firebase account and associated Jade Pillars membership entitlement records are deleted. Profiles stored locally are removed when deletion is completed inside the app. If you request deletion by email without access to the device, local app data can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage.

Google Play or Apple may retain store transaction records under their own policies and legal obligations.

Cancel separately: account deletion does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel through Google Play or the App Store first to prevent renewal.
