Jade Pillars is operated by WU. YITING, trading as Jade Pillars. It is a BaZi (Four Pillars) cultural tool for adult self-reflection and entertainment and is not directed to children.
Jade Pillars is not offered or actively marketed in mainland China or South Korea in the current release.
Cultural content
Readings describe traditional symbolic patterns and possible tendencies. They are not scientific assessments or factual predictions of future events, luck, fate, another person's private thoughts, or whether a relationship will last.
Jade Pillars is not a replacement for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, career, or other professional advice. Do not use a reading as the sole basis for decisions about dating, marriage, separation, family contact, personal safety, finances, health, or children.
Accounts and other people's information
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for providing information you are authorised to use. If you create a compatibility profile for another person, you must have their permission or another lawful basis to use their birth details. Use a nickname rather than a full legal name and delete the profile when it is no longer needed. You can delete your account inside the app or through our account deletion page.
Place search
Worldwide place search uses a GeoNames index bundled with the app under CC BY 4.0. Matching is not guaranteed to include every small settlement; choose the correct city and country or use the manual location fields before generating a profile.
Subscriptions and free trials
Eligible new subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial through Google Play or Apple. Eligibility is determined by the store. Before purchase, the store checkout displays the exact local price, billing period, trial duration, and renewal terms.
Unless cancelled before the trial ends, a trial converts to the displayed paid membership and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through your Google Play or App Store subscription settings. Deleting the app or your Jade Pillars account does not cancel a subscription.
Subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable. Cancelling stops future renewal, while membership access continues until the end of the current paid period. Exceptions may apply where required by law or approved under Google Play or Apple policies.
Payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and trial eligibility are managed by Google Play or Apple under their terms. Prices and available plans may vary by country, tax, currency, platform, and store. The terms shown at checkout control if they differ from promotional text.
